Shipping & payment conditions:
Shipping costs within Germany:
- For shipping within Germany we charge a flat rate of 4.95 euros per order
- For orders over 50.00 euros we ship free of charge
Delivery times Germany:
- Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within 1-3 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
- If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.
For customers from the EU/EEA:
Orders for customers from all EU/EEA countries are possible, but we cannot handle shipping. Customers outside of Germany and Austria can commission a parcel service to collect the order. It is also possible for the order to be shipped to an address within Germany.

Paypal:
- Paypal When paying via PayPal, credit card via PayPal, direct debit via PayPal or - if offered - "purchase on account" or "installment payment" via PayPal, we pass on your payment data to PayPal (Europe) Sarl et Cie, SCA, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter "PayPal") as part of the payment processing. The data is passed on in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter b GDPR and only to the extent that this is necessary for the payment processing. PayPal reserves the right to carry out a credit check for the payment methods credit card via PayPal, direct debit via PayPal or - if offered - "purchase on account" or "installment payment" via PayPal. For this purpose, your payment data may be passed on to credit agencies in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f GDPR on the basis of PayPal's legitimate interest in determining your ability to pay. PayPal uses the result of the credit check in relation to the statistical probability of default for the purpose of deciding on the provision of the respective payment method. The credit report may contain probability values (so-called score values). If score values are included in the result of the credit report, they are based on a scientifically recognized mathematical-statistical procedure. The calculation of the score values includes, among other things, but not exclusively, address data. However, PayPal may still be entitled to process your personal data if this is necessary for the contractual payment processing.

- If you select a Klarna payment service, payment will be processed via Klarna Bank AB (publ) [https://www.klarna.com/de], Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden (hereinafter "Klarna"). In order to enable payment processing, your personal data (first and last name, street, house number, postal code, city, gender, email address, telephone number and IP address) as well as data related to the order (e.g. invoice amount, article, delivery method) will be passed on to Klarna for the purpose of identity and credit checks, provided that you have expressly consented to this in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR as part of the ordering process. The use of the payment methods requires a positive credit check. In this respect, we forward your data to Klarna as part of the purchase initiation and processing of the purchase contract for the purpose of address and credit checks. Please understand that we can only offer you those payment methods that are permissible based on the results of the credit check.
