Shipping & Payment Conditions:

Shipping costs within Germany:
 

  • For shipping within Germany, we charge a flat rate of 4.95 Euro per order.
  • For orders over 50.00 Euro, shipping is free.

Shipping costs Austria, Belgium, Netherlands & Luxembourg:
 

  • For shipping to Belgium and the Netherlands, we charge a flat rate of 9.95 Euro per order.
  • For orders over 100.00 Euro, shipping is free.

Shipping costs France

  • For shipping to France, we charge a flat rate of 11.95 Euro per order.
  • For orders over 160.00 Euro, shipping is free.
  • We reliably ship your order with our shipping partners GLS.

 

Delivery times Germany:
 

  • Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within 1-3 days after conclusion of the contract (for agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
  • If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
  • We reliably ship your order with our shipping partners DHL, DPD or GLS.

For customers from the EU / EEA:
 

Orders for customers from all EU / EEA countries are possible, but shipping cannot be handled by us. Customers outside Germany & Austria can commission a parcel service to pick up the order. Furthermore, there is the possibility that the order will be shipped to an address within Germany.

Paypal:

- PayPal If you choose payment via PayPal, credit card via PayPal, direct debit via PayPal or – if offered – "purchase on account" or "installment payment" via PayPal, we will transmit your payment data to PayPal (Europe) S.a.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter "PayPal") as part of the payment processing. The transfer takes place in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR and only to the extent necessary for payment processing. PayPal reserves the right to carry out a credit check for the payment methods credit card via PayPal, direct debit via PayPal or – if offered – "purchase on account" or "installment payment" via PayPal. For this purpose, your payment data may be passed on to credit agencies in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR on the basis of PayPal's legitimate interest in determining your solvency. PayPal uses the result of the credit assessment regarding the statistical probability of payment default for the purpose of deciding whether to provide the respective payment method. The credit assessment can contain probability values (so-called score values). Insofar as score values are included in the result of the credit assessment, they are based on a scientifically recognized mathematical-statistical procedure. Address data, among other things, but not exclusively, are included in the calculation of the score values. - If a Klarna payment service is selected, payment processing is carried out by Klarna Bank AB (publ) [https://www.klarna.com/de], Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden (hereinafter "Klarna"). To enable payment processing, your personal data (first and last name, street, house number, postcode, city, gender, email address, telephone number and IP address) and data related to the order (e.g. invoice amount, item, delivery method) are transmitted to Klarna for the purpose of identity and credit assessment, provided you have expressly consented to this in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR during the order process.   • Credit card (Visa/Mastercard), direct debit, Sofortüberweisung (instant transfer)

The use of the payment methods requires a positive credit check. In this regard, we forward your data to Klarna during the initiation of the purchase and the processing of the purchase contract for the purpose of address and credit assessment. Please understand that we can only offer you the payment methods that are permissible based on the results of the credit check.
